Manage the subscription for your Kourai device. Enter your device ID below to subscribe or manage an existing subscription.
How your subscription works
Each Kourai device is kept active by a recurring subscription. Your subscription covers real-time drowning detection and alerting, ongoing software updates, and access to the Kourai app for the device tied to it.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a pre-pay basis through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payments are securely handled by Stripe — Kourai never sees or stores your card details.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the subscription portal. Your device stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable.
One subscription per device
Subscriptions are tied to a single device ID. Enter the device ID for the Kube you want to manage below — you can find it in the Kourai app under your device settings.
