Device Activation
Activate your Kourai device or manage an existing device. Enter your Device ID below to get started.
How activation works
Each Kourai Hub is kept active by a recurring subscription tied to that specific device. An active subscription is what allows the Hub to perform its core safety function — continuous, real-time drowning detection and alerting. It also covers ongoing software updates and app access for the connected device. Without an active subscription, the Hub cannot perform detection or send alerts.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a pre-pay basis through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payments are securely handled by Stripe — Kourai never sees or stores your card details.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the activation portal. Your device stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable.
One activation per device
Activation is tied to a single Device ID. Enter the Device ID for the Hub you want to manage below — you’ll find it printed on the base of your device and in your activation email. (It’s also shown in the Kourai app once your device is connected.)
